The Broker Network Inc. was founded in 1994 by Gerald Dugan, CLU, ChFC. Gerry has over 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1978 with a BA in Business Administration/Marketing. Immediately after schooling, he began his career with Blue Cross of Philadelphia and in 1983 joined an independent brokerage firm in southeastern PA. In 1990, he founded PlanHandlers in West Chester, PA which he later sold and founded The Broker Network Inc. His CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designations are two of the world’s most respected designations of insurance expertise.
